We wonder if some of that massive amount of lobbying expenditures on Forest City Ratner's part had anything to do with squashing any momentum on the numerous reform bills in the Senate and Assembly.

Isn't it funny that such a hot button issue for 85% of Americans (who strongly object to giving private developers land via eminent domain) that its' not even an issue for New York? Gee we're 'special' aren't we?
